Located at the heart of the walnut grove in Vinay, in an old drying shed, the museum showcases the richness of walnut country: tales and legends, traditional skills, gastronomy, the architecture of walnut drying sheds, etc.

Le Grand Séchoir is the place to be if you want to discover the secrets of an extraordinary fruit: the Grenoble walnut! Located in the heart of the Isère walnut grove in Vinay, in an old renovated farmhouse, the museum showcases the richness of walnut country: tales and legends, traditional skills and the walnut-growing profession today; gastronomy and heritage through the architecture of walnut dryers. At the heart of the museum, a playful area invites young and old to dream and look at walnuts in a different way. Permanent air-conditioned exhibition.
