How to use my G-PASS
Present your G-PASS at the entrance to the partner site. Activation is done directly via the QR Code from the G-PASS Grenoble Alpes application in self-validation.
Yes, you need to present your QR Code at the entrance to each site to benefit from your advantages (free tickets or discounts) via the mobile application.
The mobile application also allows you to view all the G-PASS offers and benefits and obtain information on partner sites.
The G-PASS Grenoble Alpes application can be downloaded from Play Store for Android and App Store for IOS.
Your G-PASS is automatically valid from the first time it is used at a partner site or on public transport.
Depending on the package you choose, your G-PASS is valid for 24 consecutive hours (G-PASS Chrono) or 72 consecutive hours (G-PASS Montagne). For example, for the G-PASS Chrono 24H, if you scan your G-PASS for the first time on Saturday at 2pm, it will be valid until Sunday at 2pm. It can therefore overlap 2 days. For the G-PASS Montagne 72H, you scan your G-PASS for the first time on Saturday at 2pm, and it will be valid until Monday at 2pm. It can therefore overlap 4 days.
Reductions are applied by partners on presentation of your valid G-PASS, via the G-PASS Grenoble Alpes mobile application.
M TAG public transport is included in the G-PASS: you can use trams and buses and park at the P+Rs with your G-PASS. Your G-PASS contains 2 QR Codes, one of which is specifically dedicated to transport.
Each time you use the M TAG network (including when making connections), you must validate your transport QR Code at the dedicated terminals on board buses and at tram station platforms.
Your G-PASS gives you free access to bike hire. You must go to a Mvélo+ agency (Grenoble Gares or Campus) to collect your bike on presentation of your valid G-PASS.
Your G-PASS entitles you to a guided tour of your choice from the Grenoble Alpes Tourisme programme. Booking is compulsory by telephone (+33 (0)4 76 42 41 41) or at one of our information offices in Grenoble, Grenoble Bastille, Le Sappey-en-Chartreuse or Vizille.
Some partner sites have programmes with predefined times. If a reservation is compulsory, this is clearly specified on the service sheet, along with the reservation details.
No, you can only access each site included in your G-PASS once.
No, your G-PASS does not entitle you to a queue-cutting pass.
Yes, it is possible to combine several passes on a single phone. Simply click on ‘+’ in the ‘my pass’ tab, then enter the pass number or scan its QR CODE.
