Museum de Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye
Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, the departmental museum is a remarkable ensemble closely linked to the history of the abbey site. Spread over six sites, the museum offers a lively, interactive way to discover the history of the Abbey and the Order of the Hospitallers of Saint-Antoine, through the "Chronicles of an Abbey" trail. The permanent tour "Parfums d'histoire, du soin au bien-être" offers an original and sensitive discovery of the role of perfumes throughout history. Temporary exhibitions are also held every year. Finally, the medieval garden and the shop are there for everyone to take home a souvenir of their visit to the museum, whether it's fragrant, fun or more serious.
