Part of the action research project on “The paradoxes of autonomy”, this film summarises the questions raised and courses of action taken within several social and solidarity economy structures, particularly CAEs. In light of the ongoing changes in the world of work, this documentary aims to serve as a starting point for a collective discussion on working conditions and the exercise of autonomy within our committed structures.
The screening will be followed by a discussion led by Caroline Maillet, a facilitator at the GRAP cooperative, a food CAE.
